So, you might have all my portable exes in the same folder along with bridge_2019.svm, and they will all read that same plugin :) The same svm package can be read by all my compatible Adobe portables. In this way it's not standalone, but can only be launched from another program, so they two will 'live' in the same environment.
You can then launch Bridge through Photoshop by clicking File -> Browse in Bridge.
